Check-In/Check Out Policy
CANCELLATION TERMS: You will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable $60 deposit if the reservation is canceled 45 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled within 44 days of arrival, all monies are forfeited, regardless of the reason for cancellation. However, if we can rent the unit, a refund may be granted, less the non-refundable $60.00 deposit.
LENGTH OF STAY: We cannot refund any monies should you decide to shorten your stay. Availability of lodging will determine if your stay can be extended.
SELF-CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: All guests shall check in and check out using the Guest Experience Portal. You will be sent an email on how to access this Portal a few days after your reservation is confirmed. You will be able to check in at any time through the Guest Experience Portal. On the last day of your stay, an email will be sent to remind you to check out!
ROOM ACCESS: We can’t guarantee access to your unit before 4:00 pm, but you’re welcome to use our facilities to freshen up or to change and start enjoying the resort amenities. On the last day of your reservation, the room must be vacated by 10:00 am. DON’T FORGET TO CHECK-OUT TO AVOID A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK OUT THROUGH THE GUEST EXPERIENCE PORTAL TO AVOID A LATE CHECKOUT FEE.
EARLY ROOM ACCESS: This is an upgrade request that can be made through the Guest Experience Portal. There is a fee of $25.00 for expedited housekeeping to ensure this room is cleaned and ready for you to have early access to the unit. Early check-in is from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm and we will manually ensure that your access code works at the requested time.
LATER ROOM ACCESS: This is an upgraded request on the last day of your reservation to stay in the room later than 10:00 am. This request can be made through the Guest Experience Portal, with a $25.00 upgrade fee. Late check-out is from 10:00 am – noon, after which the unit must be vacated.
OFFICE AND HILLSTAR TEAM: Friendly staff are in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday to Thursday. On Friday they are available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm. You will find the office inside the front door under the blue and yellow awning.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: A mid-stay cleaning is provided during a 2-week stay. Housekeeping is not provided during any other stay except on request. You may request additional housekeeping for an additional charge, through the Guest Experience Portal.
POOL, HOT TUB, AND SAUNA: Owners and guests may use the facilities from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
SENDING PACKAGES TO SPINNAKER. Please use UPS & FedEx as they deliver to Spinnaker at 317 W La Bonte Street, Dillon, CO 80435. Please note that USPS DOES NOT deliver mail or drop packages to the Spinnaker building.
PARKING: We have one of the only indoor heated garages in Summit County. Parking for extra cars and parking for larger vehicles or trailers is available in the Cour De Lac parking lot (property next door). Park and take the stairs down to enter the Spinnaker building.
REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES IS REQUIRED DURING YOUR RESERVATION PROCESS.
